Rozzana Verder-Aliga was first elected to the Vallejo City Council in 2013 to complete the remaining portion of Erin Hannigan's term from 2011. She was re-elected to full terms in 2016 and in 2020 to represent District 1 - Hiddenbrooke/Northgate. Verder-Aliga's current term ends in January 2025 when she terms out. She was elected to the Vallejo school board in 1993, serving for 12 years, and in 2007 she was elected to the Solano County Board of Education, serving for six years.
