Ryan McMahon was a Vallejo police officer. He shot and killed Ronell Foster in February 2018 and was one of six officers who shot and killed Willie McCoy in February 2019. McMahon was fired for endangering another officer's life during the McCoy shooting. He is now a police officer in the Broodmoor Police Department.
